Review: I've only been using coconut oil for the past month after wanting to be healthier and searching on the internet for a health food. I thought I'd try it, it's brilliant used it on my face in cooking and also had half a teaspoon a day, have started to get a few comments in my skin looking so nice, it was very dry because of a illness,it does look more glowing, have to say though not sure it completely agrees with my tummy so will stop taking it on the teaspoon, I've used it in cooking and it's great. I've also used it on my sons excema and it has helped not cleared it completely but. Defiantly see a improvement, fantastic oil wish inked about it sooner, there is. A cheaper one available online I've noticed and I'm sure it must be just as good but I liked that this was fairtrade
