Review: I love this coconut butter for cooking - I switch between coconut butter and ghee depending on what I'm cooking. This is a great oil to use, the health benefits of coconut are great, and best still, for someone like me who can't stand the taste of coconut, there's no coconut smell or taste. I've used coconut oil before and it's just too overpowering to use in my cooking, but this butter is the perfect way to get the benefits without the coconut taste. It's easy to scoop out the jar, melts really quickly (often I find it's liquid at room temp depending on the time of year) and a little goes a long way. It always arrives bubble wrapped from amazon, occasionally the metal lid might be dented, but always sealed and in one piece.

Review: Product its self is very good and is used to replace other oils. The removal of the coconut smell and taste make for a much more versatile oil. But I found that there was a large air hole in the oil, which just should not have been there. It's an expensive oil and one that I did not expect to get less product than I paid for. I would return it but I did not find the air hole until I had used the oil a number of times.
