Review: I'd rather buy powder than capsules made of silicon dioxide or cheap gelatin from god knows where. I've bought Mg citrate from other brands before and it's normally easy to dissolve it in slightly hot water but this one is really strange... The powder is very fine and when you put the powder in a cup >before< putting water it'll turn into a hard, water-insoluble pastry. PS: Reading from another comment this is suspected to be TRImagnesium citrate yet they are allowed to label it as magnesium citrate
