Review: Long list of vitamins & minerals, and with the Omega oils and other additions, this makes for a brilliant full spectrum of nutrients. Tablets are relatively small considering content, and easy to swallow. Only downside; no vitamin K, which is increasingly seen as a powerful way to stop calcium from clogging arteries - if they add that then this will be the best going!

Review: Really good quality vitamins and great value too! I like the fact that these are on offer and offer a wide variety of vitamins in their ingredient list. There are also a range of healthy oils in the omega oils. I have been using them for many years and I did switch at one point to Solgar. However, as these work out far better value for money, I have now returned. They are individual packaged so stay fresh. They are easy to swallow and have the dates on the back which are useful if you have forgotten if you’ve taken it and want to check!
