Review: Nice and small, easy to swallow. I can’t say for sure if these did actually work or if it was just coincidence but I’m nearly finished my first supply and my nails have grown a lot!! They were snapping at every opportunity before and I feel they’re stronger than ever and they’ve grown very quickly! I have current issues with my own hair so I can’t comment on this part really and due to working everyday with face masks on I’ve been breaking out ever since so I’m not sure if this has helped any, again I can’t tell due to my own personal issue. I’d buy these again though :)
