Review: The capsules are easy to swallow,there isn't any information in English so had to look up dosage,well what can say about this product I have been taking one a day for the last four weeks thats 300mg and you can take up to 600mg.I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and have been suffering for years with Ill health,I feel wonderful, everything that it says it does it does,the one symptom that I noticed in the first week was my brain fog had reduced dramatically and my depression eased around the same time,I am starting to feel like my old self again!!!!

Review: Also für mich absolut nichts. Ich bekomme fürchterliche Bauchschmerzen und das, obwohl ich nur eine Kapsel genommen habe. Drei Tage hab ich das versucht, aber es geht echt gar nicht. Ich denke auch, dass die Dosierung bei zwei Kapseln am Tag viel zu hoch ist, zumal man normalerweise mit der Nahrung auch Cholin zu sich nimmt. Keine Ahnung ob die Bauchschmerzen vom vielen Cholin kommen, oder von der Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, aus der die Kapsel besteht, wobei ich mir letzteres eigentlich nicht vorstellen kann. Ich werde diese Kapseln nicht weiter nehmen.
