Review: I thought I would try this after reading about its uses when I suffered an unexpected bereavement. I don't know what I was expecting when I took it but, surprisingly, it worked!! It didn't work straight away. I took it and realised a few hours later that I just didn't feel so terrible any more. That's how it worked for me. After that if I ever got pangs of sorrow or hopelessness I would take a couple and an hour or so later would feel like myself again. I don't know how these work - but for me they've been helped me through a really difficult time. I haven't taken them for a few days now and I feel ok, but know that I can take them again if ever I feel the grief resurface.

Review: THe product is absolutely fine. The 1 start is not for the quality of the product but for the poor quality service of Amazon. The problem is that Amazon only sent one pack instead of the 2 ordered. The package was not opened before it arrived so it's not the courier service. It's Amazon warehouse that failed to put the right amount of packs. Amazon website is designed so that I cannot complain. I went through the customer service range of questions ticking missing items. I filled in the 180 characters box to explain. no reply whatsoever. Then the algorithm sends me to the Weleda website.I contacted Weleda and as I ordered through Amazon they refused to deal with it. I understand their position but I'm left in limbo, with Amazon refusing to refund or send the missing item. So please don't bother using Amazon - go to the Weleda website OUTSIDE amazon and order straight from them. at least they have a customer service that works and does not take the mick out of its customers.
