It is great used in a diffuser for concentration and study and also good to use in a shower gel to wake you up in the morning. Rosemary is also great to use in a massage blend for muscular aches and pains. Review: I bought this rosemary essential oil for relieving headache and mood and to add to my collection. The date was good but the smell was really off. I added this review long ago when used different account (about a year ago) but checked today and found amazon removed my review which is a wrong conduct. I was at the time extremely unwell and couldn't go to the post office to send it back for a refund.
