Review: I can't believe the impact on my knees of taking the combination of glucosamine and chondritin; and the addition of this chondritin supplement definately makes a difference to the effect of glucosamine alone. A couple of years ago I was struggling to do any sport; and certainly couldn't bend my knees to do anything at floor level. Now I can bend whenever I want and have been able to take up playing tennis again and sailing. I wouldn't say that I am totally pain free, but much, much, better. I understand that, scientifically, there are no guarantees that glucosaming/chondritin will work; osteoartheritis in knees is one of the few conditions where there is good reasearch indicating that some individuals are helped. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. But it is well worth giving it a trial if you are in pain - it's certainly not going to hurt you. I took it for 3 months before I really noticed a difference. Have now been taking it for 3 years and the difference is amazing.

Review: I found it very difficult to swallow these tablets completely. OK at point of swallowing beyond the mouth although they are large. They get stuck half way down the oesophagus and it takes ages for them to go down so I no longer feel them. I tried sprinkling capsule contents into liquid but it turns into a thick unpalatable paste.
