Review: I purchased these from another source some time ago and have now almost finished the bottle. I have always been reluctant to turn to pills to help me sleep but got to a point where I thought enough was enough. I have to say that these have been a godsend for me. From pretty much day one I have slept like a log, I have had no side effects from them and if I have forgotten to take them I tend to have quite a restless night so I know these do work. The only thing is, is having to get up early the following day, I’m so relaxed and comfortable that I don’t want to move. I am going to purchase more now from Amazon as they are definitely cheaper here.

Review: I bought these from a practitioner but I wanted to leave a review of how they affected me... they didn't help me sleep... the HTP in them blocked me up and made me windy so I stopped taking them lol. Wouldn't recommend. I do have a sensitive tummy though, so other people may be fine with them, just be cautious :)
