Review: For what they are and for the expense , I thought they were gonna be a lot better and more impressive , I haven't been able to take them , as they have a horrible chalky texture , and taste really nasty , and I bought 3 various vitamin supplements from this make , and they all have the same issue , bit disappointed to be honest , as I spent a lotta money on them and they aren't good for what you pay , just being honest , if they changed the capsuels and made them easier to take without a nasty taste , would be really great x
