Review: I am extremely impressed with these tablets. I had been suffering with iron deficiency for years, and am currently going through the menopause so my periods are heavier and more closer together. My Gp suggested that i start taking iron tablets to boost my immune system. I did my research and it said that adults should take no more than 14mg of iron a day and i thought fab these are the exact amount i need so i bought them. My fatigue has greatly improved, i am able to exercise for longer, walk my dog for longer, and i generally just feel better overall since taking them. Will be buying regularly.
