Review: Take this every day as I have been able to reduce the thyroxine I take on a daily basis. Cost is an issue which is why I only take one a day but they work and that’s what is important.

Review: These are way too strong for me and give me insomnia. I can't use them and cannot cut the pill down any due to its capsule design. If you are hypothyroid like myself, then you need to be very careful with Iodine as it can be too stimulating (something I discovered AFTER purchasing these).
