Description: The health benefits of Omega 3's supplements only exist if the fatty acids are not oxidised. This is prevented in supplements by careful processing and the exclusion of air by the capsule shell. Review: Item arrived well packaged, safe and fast. At first I found the size of the caps hard to swallow, but now have one before a meal, and then one during meal so all OK now.

Review: I received a box of 120 capsules. When I opened it, I realised that several capsules (15) were broken and the oily content was smeared all over the rest of the capsules. Some of these (15) broken capsules were deformed, i.e. bigger than the others. I also noticed that the box had two bar codes the one on top of the other.
