Review: I've been using this for two to three years now, after it was recommended by a doctor. Before breakfast I mix two desert spoonfuls in a glass of water, give it a good stir, and drink it all straight away before it starts to bulk out. This works perfectly for me. Everybody is different though, so I'd recommend you start with half a teaspoon, see how that goes, and gradually over the next few days increase the dose. At some point you'll find the right dose for you. The taste is bland and slightly woody, easy to get used to. Some people mix it into fruit juice, and some sprinkle it onto breakfast cereal, but I find that it's fine to take by itself in plain water. If you ever have an operation and need to get things working again, but things are a bit tender down there - then this stuff might be worth its weight in gold to you.

Review: Purchased this for my husband because it said pre and peobiotics? The one I used to buy was rhegucol but. Its so expensive, but the ones without the pre and peobiotics don't work as well For My husband. As this one said pre/Pro. Biotics I bought it but on the ingredients it's just says physillius husk, so is there pre/Pro. Biotics in there I am Confused? Any help would be great
