Review: After finding out that I have an iron deficiency I went looking for natural products which may be able to help boost my iron levels. I add this powder into a glass of 1 part water to 1 part apple juice and it has a pleasant taste. Since taking this daily I have noticed a change in my energy levels and dizziness which is great as I work full time and require as much energy as possible.
