Review: I suffer from terrible PMS, the main symptoms of which are anxiety, irritability and low mood. I have been taking this product for a month. Usually my PMS symptoms last 10 days but this month my symptoms didn't start until about 5 days before I was due and were considerably less severe. I don't know how much of this is down to this product but it certainly hasn't hurt and I feel good in the knowledge that I am taking a supplement that covers all my womanly needs.
