Review: There’s no mistaking this is a delicious pickle yet I don’t understand, why it needs to have so much sugar? The spices and Brinjal should ‘speak’ louder than a ton of sugar. Reduce the sugar by 30% and you have a legendary pickle. Until then, 4 stars.
