Review: As someone who has endured nightly waking for almost 30 years, I was sceptical at first. I don't know how they work, and I've tried virtually everything else - including yoga, sleeping tablets, melatonin, acupuncture, aromatherapy, sleep apps, exercise and relaxation techniques - but these patches really seem to help me stay asleep. I used them every night for a week or so to begin with, and now stick them on the soles of my feet once or twice a week. I think a recent course of hypnotherapy also helped greatly, but I began using the patches a while before seating that, and noticed an improvement straight away. They are pretty smelly by morning, but that's a small price to pay.

Review: I have a pretty poor sleep routine and was looking forward to using these to help me improve my bedtimes. However, the first night I used them I had several really freaky nightmares (family/friends getting hurt, etc) which left me feeling really uncomfortable throughout the night. It never occurred to me that it could have been coming from the patches, so I used them again on the second night and the nightmares happened again. I didn't wear them on the third night and my dream returned to what I am used to, but now I have 16 patches that I am too afraid to use! Now I regret getting the larger box and not going for the smaller (and cheaper) one to try them first!
