Review: Start to take it earlier when you notice symptoms. I use double dose the first day. It certainly rich in vitamin c and it is commonly used to treat colds. There are 52 mg of vitamin C per cup of elderberry, which accounts for 57% of the daily value. As elderberry fruit is hard to find this is the alternative. So, thumbs up.

Review: Very good for first couple of days as it works and takes the edge off the cough. I found it a challenge on mu stomach so wouldn't recommend taking on an empty stomach. Overall well worth it as the cough was conquered!
