Review: Tablets a bit large. But I was surprised how quickly they benefited me. I noticed a difference within days.

Review: I was tempted to try these by the company's slick website which suggests they can help with everything from sleep to testosterone. It was only after receiving them that I noticed the huge amount of b vitamins including b12 at 16,000% of nrv! I tried one tablet a day and the main thing I noticed was the effect on my pee. It was almost luminous. Whilst entertaining it doesn't seem healthy and I can only imagine the effect of having the recommended dose of two tablets. I continued taking one tablet daily for a week or so and it did have an impact on energy but only in a similar way to a Berocca. I don't think this is a well balanced supplement and I won't be buying again. Am now taking a personalised vitamin.
