Review: I have used this product for about 3 weeks. I definitely definitely notice hair growth which is why I bought them. I have noticed some negative side effects but I can’t say for sure it is from these. I take other vitamins that have a lot of zinc and vitamin c already so I have gone down to one of these capsules a day since they are so large and will see if i notice any changes. The capsules are large but I don’t have a problem swallowing them. I would order again.

Review: I am completely baffled by this supplement. I had been getting panic attacks and didn't know why. I'd stop using this and noticed I'd feel better, then I'd take them and notice my panic attacks come back. Something in this is causing my panic attacks. It can't be a coincidence.
