Review: I suffer with SAD and every year know from about October my mood is going to dip until the sun comes out again. I use a SAD lamp which helps to a degree but had read about these tablets and thought I’d give them a try. What a difference they have made! I started off just taking one table in the morning and my mood has not only not gone down but has actually improved! People who know how miserable I can be this time of year have even commented on how much happier I am these days. As the days are getting shorter and the weather getting worse I’ve recently upped to two tablets a day to see if that makes a difference but one definitely works brilliantly!
