Review: I bought it for irrigating. Apparently my nostrils are bigger than average and water leaks a lot at the nozzle before dripping a little through the other nostril, waaaay different to the clear and plently of flow can be seen in the instructions video. Also it lasts very short (I purchased the bigger one), absolutely no time to experience with the technique, you try once and it is over. The price for this little salty water is atrocious, I would be mad buying this again. It was good to have a try, no need to ensure sterility by miself as a novice, but that's it, never again this one. As this ran out so quick - also wasn't my goal to try - I can have no oppinion abot the moisturizing and soothing function. I have lots of garbage to throw away now in vain (box, can, instructions, storage box and the 3 'specially designed tips from Dr. Mehta').
