Review: I used boiled water from the kettle. When its tepid, and the salts have desolved it has none of the effect that you get, when you sniff or breathe in water from the shower or swimming in a pool. It's a strange feeling at first, but if done with the head tilted forward, and you only squirt the water up the nostril, and you don't try to inhale, the water should come down the other nostril, as long as it's not fully blocked. It's worth trying to blow your nose before rinsing. I often find that my nose leaks a little after I have raised it... Worth considering if you due to go out, or to bed directly afterwards. It'll be useful to see if it helps with hayfever, or prevents sinusitis / earache. I would certainly recommend trying to use it, and if you struggle with the technique, there are plenty of videos on You tube.

Review: This is good at doing the job but it's too expensive. Very over packaged. Too much plastic and laminations.
